The Senior Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for managing all Sales Operations activities including tender and contracts management for Italy. You will work cross-functionally with different teams to ensure the timely submission of tender documents. You will coordinate and plan the contributions of all relevant teams and provide clear feedback to the relevant stakeholders about the current status of the tenders.

This position is part of the Customer Services department and can be located in Milan, Italy as a remote role or based on-site in Barcelona, Spain.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Prepare and submit all tender responses for Italy including all related documents and sub-processes on behalf of Cepheid in line with the commercial strategy ensuring they are submitted on time.
- Process all contract requests per policy guidelines, obtaining approvals as necessary and maintain an accurate contract repository in SalesForce
Create and follow-up on Service and Rental contracts
Maintain accurate customer pricing – ensuring prices are created in the ERP and manage the annual price renewals.
- Work closely with Order Management to analyze and solve pricing disputes and contract issues
The essential requirements of the job include:
- More than 5 years' experience of managing tenders and contracts in Italy
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- SAP and CRM systems such as SFDC
- Experience in the medical industry is an advantage
- Degree in Law
- Order Management activities
