Summary
Within Hospitality Operations, the ACRS Implementation team supports the onboarding of new customers onto the Amadeus Central Reservation System (ACRS). As a Delivery Senior Specialist, you'll help translate customer needs into effective system configurations and carry out the tasks needed to migrate hotel chain customers to the platform. You'll ensure systems are reviewed, requirements are met, and migrations are smooth and timely.
Your main responsibilities
- Analyze customer systems and needs to ensure the solution is fit for purpose.
- Translate customer requirements into system configurations for the Amadeus Central Reservation System (ACRS).
- Identify and carry out actions needed to implement Amadeus products.
- Ensure system setup meets customer needs and is delivered on time.
- Prepare systems for go-live, including data creation and migration, and test tailored solutions before delivery.
About the ideal candidate
- Relevant implementation experience.
- Functional experience on large or complex projects, preferably in the hotel domain.
- Strong understanding of large system integration projects and their challenges.
- Previous experience in Implementation or Business Analyst roles.
- Familiarity with travel technology and hotel industry practices is advantageous.
- Advanced PC skills and adaptability to various internal tools and technical environments.
- Understanding of APIs and software development processes.
- Proficiency in English.
