UBICACIÓN: BARCELONA, híbrida en zona de Sants, 3 en casa y 2 en oficina

Cloud Operations Lead. Se busca un Cloud Operations Technical Lead para supervisar las operaciones diarias, el rendimiento y la fiabilidad de la infraestructura cloud.

El rol combina liderazgo técnico con responsabilidades operativas, garantizando la estabilidad, escalabilidad y seguridad de los entornos cloud (AWS, Azure, OpenShift).

FORMACIÓN Grado en Informática/Ingeniería (o equivalente)

Experiencia preferida:

5+ años en infra y operaciones cloud, liderazgo técnico en equipos de operaciones/infra/DevOps, y fuerte dominio de "infrastructure as code" con CDK, Terraform o CloudFormation.

Experiencia con herramientas de despliegue automatizado como AWS CodePipeline/CodeBuild, Azure DevOps (u otras equivalentes).

Competencias técnicas requeridas:

  • Experiencia probada en cloud (Microsoft Azure, AWS);
  • Automatización IaC con Terraform; redes Azure (VNET, BGP…);
  • Automatización DevOps de extremo a extremo vía CI/CD para desplegar IaC (ADO, GitHub Actions, Jenkins u otros);
  • Gestión de configuraciones y workflows mediante autoservicio; scripting (Python, PowerShell, YAML, KQL, etc.);
  • Testing y "harnesses" de automatización; estabilidad operacional y enforcement de controles de seguridad con "Policy-as-Code"; automatización IaC.

Otras habilidades:

Gestión de stakeholders, comunicación de conceptos técnicos a audiencias no técnicas, familiaridad con Agile e ITIL.

  • Comunicación efectiva en inglés fluido;
  • Colaboración transversal;
