Crew Travel Cost Controller

As a Cost Controller in Crew Travel, you'll see airline operations from the very beginning — where processes are created, decisions are made, and every detail matters. You'll help build a new way of working, balancing cost efficiency with the caring mindset that defines who we are.

How will it be to work with us?

• Daily cost control
  for all Crew Trips, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
• Weekly and monthly KPI reporting
  to help the team track performance and make informed decisions.
• Close coordination with Finance and Tax
  to manage invoices, accounting follow‑ups and tax matters related to Crew Travel.
• Identifying improvement opportunities
  to optimize Crew Trips and reinforce the company's cost‑focused mindset.
• Working hand‑in‑hand with the department Coordinator
  to implement internal improvements and enhance collaboration with corporate suppliers.

We're not looking for years of experience — we're looking for someone curious, motivated, and ready to grow with us. If you enjoy learning fast and working in a supportive team, you'll fit right in.

• No previous experience needed
  — just the willingness to learn and develop.
• Degree in Tourism, Business Administration (ADE), Accounting
  , or any administrative field.
• Spanish and English are essential
  ; Italian or French are a plus.
