We're looking for a Partnerships / Accounts Manager to lead brand collaborations end-to-end. This role owns the full process, acts as the main point of contact for clients, and ensures projects are delivered on time, on budget and at a high creative standard.

What you'll do

  • Manage brand accounts from brief to activation, delivery and closure
  • Translate client briefs into strong creative proposals with internal teams
  • Coordinate Creative, Production, PR, Talent and Communication teams
  • Own timelines, budgets, approvals and deliverables
  • Lead day-to-day project follow-up and client communication
  • Close projects with reporting, learnings and documentation

What we're looking for

  • Experience in partnerships, account management or brand collaborations
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear, direct communication with clients and internal teams
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution

  • Collaborations activated per quarter
  • Proposal acceptance rate
  • Retrotiming creation and delivery compliance
  • Post-project reporting and recommendations
  • Client retention and repeat projects
