Desde la División de Industria de RW en Bilbao, buscamos una Dirección de Operaciones para una empresa de distribución de material sanitario. Reportando al CEO del Grupo,liderará la estrategia corporativa a través de la optimización de procesos, la coordinación de las unidades operativas y materializando sinergias entre las empresas del Grupo.

Esta figura será una figura clave para garantizar la integración eficiente de las empresas adquiridas (deslocalizadas a nivel nacional) dentro del modelo operativo del Grupo. Su misión principal será crear un marco escalable, eficiente y sostenible que esté alineado con la estrategia corporativa, maximizando sinergias y manteniendo el rendimiento operativo.

Funciones:

Liderar la Integración:

  • Diseñar y ejecutar planes de integración post-adquisición (PMI).
  • Alinear procesos, sistemas y estructuras organizativas entre las empresas adquiridas y Mediance.
  • Minimizar interrupciones operativas durante las transiciones.

Desarrollar un Modelo Operativo Común:

  • Definir estándares operativos unificados y KPIs.
  • Identificar sinergias en costos y generación de ingresos entre las compañías.
  • Crear un "playbook" replicable para futuras adquisiciones.

Gestión del Cambio Organizacional:

  • Comunicar claramente la visión y los beneficios para reducir la resistencia al cambio.
  • Mantener a los equipos motivados y alineados durante el proceso de integración.

Mitigación de Riesgos:

  • Gestionar riesgos relacionados con procesos incompatibles, tecnologías obsoletas o diferencias culturales.
  • Desarrollar planes de contingencia para asegurar operaciones fluidas.

Optimización Tecnológica:

  • Integrar sistemas críticos (ERP, CRM, HRIS).
  • Garantizar la continuidad operativa durante migraciones o consolidaciones tecnológicas.

Monitoreo del Rendimiento:

  • Equilibrar las operaciones diarias con los esfuerzos de transformación.
  • Supervisar KPIs para garantizar la continuidad del negocio durante la integración.

Perfil :

Competencias Técnicas:

  • Experiencia comprobada en procesos de integración.
  • Dominio en diseño e implementación de modelos operativos escalables.
  • Conocimiento avanzado en sistemas empresariales (ERP, CRM) e integraciones tecnológicas complejas.

Habilidades de Liderazgo:

  • Experiencia liderando procesos de gestión del cambio cultural.
  • Excelentes habilidades comunicativas para influir en stakeholders a todos los niveles.
  • Capacidad demostrada para gestionar equipos multifuncionales en proyectos complejos.

Formación Académica:

  • Titulación universitaria en Ingeniería, Administración de Empresas, Economía, Operaciones, Supply Chain o áreas relacionadas.
  • Valorable MBA o máster en dirección de operaciones, transformación empresarial o gestión estratégica.
  • Formación adicional en Lean, Six Sigma, Agile o Transformación Digital es altamente valorada.

Experiencia Profesional:

  • Mínimo 10-15 años en áreas como operaciones, supply chain, producción, logística o servicios corporativos.
  • Experiencia previa en proyectos similares o roles consultivos con enfoque práctico en ejecución.

  • Mentalidad estratégica con fuerte orientación a la ejecución.
  • Capacidad analítica basada en datos y resolución ágil de problemas bajo presión.
  • Resiliencia, adaptabilidad y empatía para gestionar equipos diversos y culturas organizacionales distintas.
