How will you contribute to PropHero?

As a
Property Advisor Intern

, you will be a key player in optimizing our sales process and managing the client lifecycle.

Your success in this mission will be stellar if you succeed in the following:

1 . Sales and Prospecting Focus

• Strategic Sales Closing Support:

Assist in the
drafting and personalization of investment offers and earnest money contracts

, ensuring precision and appeal to the final client.
- Client Reactivation:

Implement contact and follow-up strategies for
inactive paid clients

who have previously shown interest and aiming to reactivate the relationship and reconvert them into active investors.
- Lead Identification & Qualification:

Support Property Advisors in identifying potential high-value clients and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
- Pitching Opportunities:

Actively participate in the presentation of investment opportunities to clients under the supervision of the Property Advisor.

2. Client Success and Communication

• Direct Client Support:

Collaborate in regular client communication via instant chat, email, and calls, helping to resolve initial queries and ensuring an excellent onboarding experience.
- Investment Goal Alignment:

Learn to establish trust and adapt communication to support diverse client investment objectives.

3. Process Optimization and Methodology

• Operational Efficiency:

Work alongside Property Advisors to
identify bottlenecks and optimize time

in recurring tasks, contributing to the documentation of client success workflows.
- Preliminary Market Analysis:

Gather and analyze market data to support Property Advisors in developing detailed analyses of investment opportunities.
- Success Documentation:

Help refine and document the client success methodology to ensure scalability and operational excellence.

What will make you succeed with us?

• Education:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (required).
- Sales Mindset and Client Orientation:

Strong interest in the real estate sector and sales roles. Natural ability to build trust and establish rapport.
- Communication Skills:

Advanced English
- Proactivity and Organization:

Great attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and processes under supervision.
- Attitude:

Optimism, enthusiasm, willingness to learn quickly, and a strong growth mindset. We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment.
