We are seeking an experienced
Recruiter
with a strong background in
IT talent acquisition
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in the
Spanish market
, experience in
managing recruitment teams
, and the ability to collaborate effectively with
colleagues in Germany and other international offices
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute full-cycle recruitment processes for IT roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of IT professionals within the Spanish market.
  • Collaborate closely with German team and international stakeholders to align hiring strategies.
  • Manage and mentor recruitment teams, ensuring high performance and adherence to goals.
  • Work under pressure to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide market insights, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices to support business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in
    IT recruitment
    within the Spanish market.
  • Strong understanding of the
    IT landscape, technologies, and talent needs
    .
  • Previous experience in
    managing recruitment teams
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
    ;
    experience with Greenhouse is highly valuable
    .
  • Excellent communication skills in English (German language skills are a plus).
  • Ability to work collaboratively across cultures, particularly with German team.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
