Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Mechanical Engineer based in Olot. The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for designing and improving work processes, collaborating on the implementation of digitalization initiatives and ERP tools, as well as designing machinery. The role includes participation in development initiatives and managing projects throughout all phases. It also involves working closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and implementing solutions to meet customer requirements.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Mechanical Engineering and Machine Design principles
  • Experience and proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools and software
  • Project management experience with the ability to oversee timelines and deliverables
  • Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
  • Knowledge of machinery for the meat processing industry (considered an asset)
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Descripció del lloc de treball

Es tracta d'un lloc de treball a temps complet i presencial per a un/a Enginyer/a Mecànic/a amb seu a Olot. L'Enginyer/a Mecànic/a serà responsable del disseny i la millora de procesos de treball, col·laborar en la implementació en la digitalització i eines ERP, i disseny de maquinària, participant en iniciatives de desenvolupament i gestionant projectes en totes les seves fases. El lloc implica col·laborar amb equips multidisciplinaris, assegurar el compliment dels estàndards de qualitat i implementar solucions per satisfer els requisits dels clients.

Requisits

  • Domini dels principis d'Enginyeria Mecànica i Disseny de Maquinària
  • Coneixements i experiència en eines i programari de Disseny Assistit per Ordinador (CAD)
  • Experiència en gestió de projectes i capacitat per supervisar terminis i lliurables
  • Alta capacitat de resolució de problemes i atenció al detall
  • Titulació en Enginyeria Mecànica o disciplina relacionada
  • Coneixement de maquinària per a la indústria càrnia (es valorarà positivament)
  • Bones habilitats de treball en equip i comunicació
