Job description:

As a Senior Client Partner, you will manage and grow strategic global advertisers—particularly mobile-first companies in gaming, e-commerce, fintech, entertainment, and more.

This is a quota-carrying leadership role responsible for:

- Strategic account ownership

- Consultative solutions for user growth

- Driving commercial success across global media surfaces

You will act as a trusted partner for HQ-level client stakeholders and lead long-term business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and expand key strategic advertiser relationships across global markets
  • Develop full-funnel user acquisition solutions using Xiaomi OEM surfaces (e.g., Xiaomi Ads, Preloads)
  • Deliver strong commercial results including revenue growth and campaign performance KPIs (ROAS, LTV, CPI, CPE)
  • Provide performance reviews, growth optimization, and strategic planning
  • Partner with internal cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution and market expansion
  • Represent company Ads as a senior strategic advisor to client leadership

Qualifications

  • 6–10 years experience in digital advertising, mobile app growth, or AdTech

  • Proven record managing international or regional strategic accounts

  • Strong understanding of UA performance metrics and attribution platforms
  • Excellent client leadership and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, matrixed global environment

Preferred Experience

Worked with top advertising or mobile platforms.

Experience in performance-driven verticals (gaming, fintech, entertainment, etc.)
