Summary

The Senior Web Product Analyst for Hospitality is key to shaping our data-driven strategy and optimizing guest-facing digital solutions. The role's main objective is to establish a robust tracking system that supports internal and external clients in analyzing user journeys across web platforms. Leveraging data to guide strategic decisions, improve product performance, and support sales and retention initiatives is essential. This position ensures our product strategy and innovation are grounded in data insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Tracking: Contribute to defining the long-term tracking vision for hospitality solutions in alignment with business goals, while collaborating with product managers and client teams to gather requirements, establish KPIs, and ensure accurate data collection;
• Data Collection: Work with cross-functional teams to guarantee complete, high-quality data. Define requirements, coordinate technical implementations, and validate data integrity;
• Compliance: Ensure analytics practices meet global legal and privacy standards. Partner with legal teams, conduct audits, and implement changes as needed;
• UX Collaboration: Provide data-driven insights to UX teams to improve navigation and conversion. Support usability testing and continuous product enhancement;
• Communication: Collaborate with go-to-market teams on analytics updates for customers. Craft clear messages and assist marketing with customer queries;
• Analytics Culture: Promote data-driven decision-making through workshops, educational content, and internal engagement;
• Reporting: Develop reports and case studies to support sales and retention. Analyze trends, create narratives, and present findings clearly.

About the ideal candidate

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field. Certifications in analytics or UX are a plus;
• 5+ years of professional experience in data analytics, preferably in hospitality. Skilled in statistical analysis, modeling, and visualization tools (SQL, Excel, Looker Studio, Tableau);
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to align data with business goals. Excellent communication for non-technical audiences;
• Industry Knowledge: Hospitality or travel experience; familiarity with B2B/B2B2C web applications and platform ecosystems;
• Advanced Google Analytics, tag management (Google Tag Manager required), and visualization tools (Looker Studio, Power BI). Basic HTML, JavaScript, and SQL knowledge required;
• Fluent in English; French or Spanish is a plus.
