Empresa tecnológica internacional, con sede en
España
y especializada en
soluciones avanzadas de seguridad de datos (Data Security Posture Management – DSPM)
, se encuentra en búsqueda de un/a
Senior Technical Support
para integrarse a su equipo técnico.

Esta posición es clave para garantizar una experiencia de soporte de alto nivel a clientes empresariales, resolviendo incidencias técnicas complejas y acompañando la implementación e integración de soluciones en entornos tecnológicos críticos. Buscamos un perfil senior, con sólida experiencia en infraestructura, seguridad y soporte avanzado, orientado a la calidad del servicio y la satisfacción del cliente.

El/la profesional trabajará en estrecha colaboración con clientes y equipos técnicos, aportando criterio, autonomía y capacidad analítica para la resolución de problemas en entornos Windows, cloud y sistemas de almacenamiento.

    incidencias complejas

    implementación, integración y optimización
    de soluciones de seguridad de datos.
  • Contribuirás a la
    mejora continua
    de procesos y buenas prácticas del área de soporte.

¿Qué buscamos?

Un perfil técnico senior, con experiencia comprobada en entornos empresariales, fuerte orientación al cliente, capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y habilidades de comunicación para interactuar con equipos y clientes a nivel internacional.
