Se busca un perfil técnico con interés en la administración y la normativa interna para unirse a nuestro equipo en Alcobendas. El puesto, de carácter híbrido, implica recopilar requisitos de usuarios clave, modificar y revisar normativas, y modelizar procesos mediante BPMN.
Además, se gestionarán las aprobaciones, firmas y traducciones pertinentes, junto con la publicación de la normativa. Se proporcionará soporte de Nivel 1 a los profesionales, elaborando material formativo y realizando el seguimiento de tareas relacionadas con las áreas de proceso.
Esta oportunidad permite desarrollar y aplicar conocimientos en gestión de procesos y herramientas BPM. Se valorará la experiencia en análisis y definición de procesos para un entorno dinámico y de crecimiento profesional.
Se requiere un nivel medio en BPMN, elicitación y análisis de procesos, metodologías de gestión de procesos y herramientas BPM (GBTEC BIC, ARIS, Signavio, etc.). No se requiere una titulación específica, pero se valorará la experiencia en definición y mejora de procesos, y en la elaboración, gestión y mejora de normativa interna.
