Technical Team Leader

As a Technical Team Leader, you will provide technical leadership in developing and integrating software solutions within a microservices environment, contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle. You will play a pivotal role in integrating third-party systems, particularly payment gateways, ensuring seamless and secure communication. This role requires expertise in large-scale systems and software integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Ability to solve hard technical problems, reducing redundancy and increasing efficiency.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts, data structures, and algorithms to architect robust solutions.

Apply your experience to develop modern and intuitive user interfaces, and high-performance RESTful APIs, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
Demonstrate your commitment to code quality through unit testing and continuous integration practices, ensuring reliable software delivery.
Leverage your experience with relational databases to design efficient data storage solutions
Apply your knowledge of containerisation to streamline application deployment and management processes; as well as orchestrate scalable and resilient containerised applications
Drive DevOps best practices to automate software delivery pipelines and ensure rapid and reliable releases.

Additional Requirements

10+ years of experience in Software Development.
2+ years experience in leading high-performing development teams.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
The role is hybrid, offering remote flexibility with a requirement for 20-25% in-office presence

Technology Stack

Must:

Proficiency in C# and .Net Core, with a deep understanding of developing RESTful APIs.

Cloud experience: Azure and/or GCP.

Containerisation technologies: Kubernetes (K8s) and Docker.
React and/or Angular (React preferred).
Knowledge of microservices and event-driven architecture.
Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL)
