What we are looking to hire:
We are looking for an energetic and customer-centric
Associate Partner - Partnerships & Strategic Alliances
based in Barcelona / Germany to strengthen our relationships with key post-sales customers and strategic partners. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, driving product adoption, minimizing churn, and identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell within existing accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Manage post-sales customer relationships as the primary point of contact
- Ensure customer satisfaction and drive product adoption
- Conduct regular customer review meetings and capture feedback
- Monitor customer health scores and address risk indicators
- Develop retention plans to prevent churn
- Identify upselling and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Work closely with Sales to drive account expansion
- Strengthen relationships with strategic partners and alliance stakeholders
- Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Support, Marketing) to resolve customer issues
- Maintain accurate account records, customer insights, and growth pipelines
- Provide periodic reports on customer status, risks, and revenue opportunities
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Strategic Alliances
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
- Ability to identify and drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Experience analyzing customer data and usage trends
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with CRM or customer success tools.
- Support customers during onboarding by assisting with setup and basic implementation tasks.
- Work with internal teams to ensure the onboarding steps are completed smoothly and on time.
