Summary

We are looking for a
Site Quality Manager
(QA/QC manager) to support a forward-looking project focused on decarbonization in industry, in Bulgaria.
Your Responsibilities
- Organize the inspection program for equipment and materials.
- Manage weld inspections.
- Regularly conduct reviews of packages in accordance with project plans and procedures.
- Manage the project's quality register, non-conformance registers, and quality control records (quality control observations).
- Ensure that each non-conformance is addressed with corrective action.
- Conduct quality audits of subcontractors.
- Manage project reviews and corrective actions (project action tracking, risk reports, PSRs, audit closure).
- Provide quality awareness training for the project team.
- Ensure that all valuable lessons learned are disseminated as best practices.
- Monitor and track the equipment and materials inspection program.
- Inform the HSE team of any hazardous situations and take direct action to resolve them if possible.
Your Experience
- Experience in QA/QC on projects in an industrial sector such as electricity production, gas production, oil, chemistry, refining, etc.
- Thorough knowledge of quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) for large projects.
- Excellent understanding of industrial quality standards.
- Advanced project management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
Your Profile
- University degree in industrial engineering, quality, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar environment.
- Fluency in English and bulgarian, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
