About the Role

We are looking to hire a
Site Manager
who will be responsible for coordinating, managing, supervising, and controlling the installation of photovoltaic projects. Main duties include optimizing assembly processes, ensuring quality, and coordinating with other subcontractors.

Main responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and supervise mechanical works during mechanical execution.
  • Serve as the main point of contact on site, maintaining clear communication with the Project Manager and various subcontractors.
  • Manage and coordinate the different disciplines and tasks to be carried out on site, including mechanical installation, quality management, reporting to the Project Manager, etc.
  • Monitor and report on daily and weekly production progress, as well as report any deviations.
  • Prepare technical reports related to areas under your responsibility.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and requirements.
  • Attend follow-up meetings (weekly, monthly, etc.) with both the client and subcontractors.
  • Technically validate the works under TRINA's responsibility.
  • Provide support to other functions or projects in the department as needed.

These tasks represent the main responsibilities of the role, although they are not limited exclusively to them.

Requirements:

  • Vocational training (Grado Medio or Superior), preferably in technical fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in the construction of photovoltaic projects.
  • Driving license.
  • Previous experience in team management and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • B2 level of English.
  • Willingness to travel both nationally and internationally.
  • 60-hour occupational risk prevention course in the metal sector.
