We're looking for a dynamic, proactive, and growth-driven professional to join our team as a Client Success & Sales Growth Specialist. You will be the key point of contact for our client, answering inquiries, providing support, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring every family or partner enjoys a seamless and outstanding experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries with clarity, speed, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Guide clients throughout their entire journey to guarantee an exceptional experience.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities and pass them to the sales team.
- Offer personalized solutions based on each client's needs.
- Strengthen relationships with existing clients to prevent churn and increase satisfaction.
- Contribute actively to new client acquisition efforts.
- Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently explain and guide clients.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations to improve processes and results.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, customer success, or similar roles.
- Dynamic, solution-driven, and eager to grow within the commercial/sales department.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust quickly.
- Ability to deeply understand the product and translate it into client solutions.
- Passion for sports and for working in a fast-growing environment.
- Professional Spanish and English (required). Catalan is a strong plus.
