Description:

As a Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading high-impact IT initiatives, driving strategic programs, and optimizing digital transformation efforts in the domain of aftersales. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and external partners to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business objectives.

Key responsibilities:

In the domain of ICT after-sales and in particular the IT tools to support the repair activities in the dealership, the key responsibilities will be the following:

• Lead and manage large scale, cross-functional digital transformation programs from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
• Define program scope, objectives, timelines, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
• Ensure efficient resource allocation and budget management across multiple projects.
• Conduct thorough process analysis and design convergence strategies to optimize business operations.
• Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to deliver innovative solutions.
• Utilize the ServiceNow platform to streamline and automate business processes, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor program progress, oversee risk management, change management, and stakeholder communication at all levels of the organization.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and performance excellence within the IT department.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT program management, digital transformation, or strategy roles within large-scale organizations, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Proven track record of successfully leading complex IT programs with global impact.
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
