Resumen del puesto

El puesto tiene como objetivo garantizar la adecuada gestión de riesgos y el cumplimiento normativo de las instituciones de inversión colectiva gestionadas por la entidad, asegurando el estricto cumplimiento del marco regulatorio de la CNMV y las políticas internas del Grupo Andbank.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Supervisar los riesgos financieros y no financieros asociados a las instituciones de inversión colectiva gestionadas (fondos, sicavs y planes de pensiones), incluyendo riesgo de mercado, crédito, liquidez y contraparte.
  • Elaborar informes periódicos de riesgos y cumplimiento para el Consejo de Administración, la CNMV y otras autoridades supervisoras.
  • Desarrollar e implantar herramientas y procedimientos de medición y control de riesgos.
  • Actuar como interlocutor ante la CNMV en materia de requerimientos de información y consultas regulatorias.
  • Coordinar la implantación de nuevas normativas y asegurar su integración en los procesos internos.
  • Participar en la definición y mantenimiento del mapa de riesgos de la gestora y en la mejora continua del sistema de control interno.

Requisitos

  • Licenciatura o Grado en Economía, ADE, Finanzas o similar.
  • Mínimo 7 años de experiencia en funciones de riesgos y cumplimiento en gestoras de fondos o entidades financieras.
  • Conocimiento profundo de la normativa CNMV, UCITS, AIFMD y MiFID II.
  • Experiencia en herramientas de riesgos y sistemas de back-office (RD Sistemas, DPI u otros).
  • Nivel alto de inglés.
  • Habilidades analíticas, orientación al detalle y capacidad de interlocución con órganos de control.
