MAIN TASKS
-General technical asset management for PV, gas and Energy Efficiency assets;
-Reporting to the Technical Director (TD), lead the asset management of the company with the support of an external Endesa´s Asset Management team,
-Support and monitor the activity of O&M Providers to ensure the timely fulfilment of obligations and compliance with the contractual terms.
-Monitoring and reporting of main KPIs;
-Analysis and resolution of any issue that may arise in the assets or with the clients, in coordination with TD.
-Assist TD in the definition of the work systematics and key processes in the operation of the assets.
-Assist TD in the relation with other stakeholders and services providers (insurance, lender´s agents, etc.) to ensure the timely fulfilment of obligations and compliance with the contractual terms.
-Review and approval of the different contracts and invoices with the service, invoices and contracts with the providers.
-Economical control of the assets. Review the revenues and costs of the assets, improvement and elaboration of different scenarios applicable. Assist in the elaboration of the budget of the assets.
-Assist the TD in any issue, claim or legal action in relation to technical matters of the projects.
-Assist the TD in the elaboration of ESG and HSEQ policies, ensure the compliance and reporting of the relevant KPIs. Support in the ISO certification of the company.
-Support the construction team when necessary.
-Conduct necessary site visits to the assets.
LOCATION
-Workplace: Madrid. Spain.
QUALIFICATIONS
-BSc in Engineering (Industrial, Electrical, Energy, Mechanical…)
Knowledge of energy efficiency, electrical installations, gas installations, PV Solar and other renewable energies.
-Proficiency with MS Office
-5-10 years' experience in Energy, electrical, gas or similar position preferred.
