Responsabilidades

La posición de Energy Manager será responsable de la gestión integral de la energía producida por la cartera de activos renovables del grupo, con el objetivo de optimizar la participación en los mercados eléctricos y maximizar los ingresos de la compañía a través de una estrategia eficiente de trading, gestión de PPA y operación de activos con almacenamiento (BESS). Este rol es clave en la evolución del modelo operativo de la IPP, que actualmente trabaja con representantes externos de mercado y busca internalizar progresivamente la gestión energética, desarrollando su propia estructura, metodología y capacidades analíticas.

RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES:

Gestión y optimización energética

  • Supervisar la operación energética de la cartera de generación (solar y almacenamiento), maximizando el rendimiento económico diario, intradiario y a corto plazo.
  • Definir y ejecutar estrategias de participación en el mercado eléctrico español, coordinando con los representantes actuales y asegurando una transición ordenada hacia la gestión directa.
  • Analizar resultados operativos y financieros de la participación en los mercados spot, intradiario y de servicios de ajuste.

Estrategia y trading

  • Diseñar e implementar estrategias de short-term trading alineadas con la política energética de la compañía.
  • Monitorear los precios de mercado y variables clave (desvíos, apalancamientos, almacenamiento, congestiones de red) para identificar oportunidades de optimización.
  • Asegurar la correcta gestión de garantías, liquidaciones y cumplimiento normativo ante OMIE, REE y CNMC.

Desarrollo de estructura y liderazgo de equipo

  • Diseñar y construir el futuro equipo de Energy Management interno de la IPP, definiendo roles, procedimientos y herramientas.
  • Coordinar con las áreas de Operaciones y Asset Management para asegurar coherencia operativa.
  • Supervisar la colaboración con consultoras y representantes de mercado externos, asegurando transferencia de conocimiento y control interno de resultados.
Requisitos
  • Formación en Ingeniería, Física, Economía o similar.
  • Experiencia mínima de 8 años en gestión de energía, mercados eléctricos o trading dentro del sector renovable o eléctrico.
  • Conocimiento profundo del mercado ibérico de electricidad (MIBEL) y del marco regulatorio español y europeo.
  • Familiaridad con PPA y modelos de cobertura energética.
  • Capacidad para interpretar datos complejos y transformarlos en decisiones estratégicas.
  • Nivel alto de inglés (mínimo C1).
  • Experiencia en entornos internacionales será muy valorada.
