Role Overview:

The AI team at Napptilus helps companies in Spain and internationally turn the potential

of artificial intelligence into practical business results. We design and build LLM-based

systems and AI-driven products that create real impact for our clients.

We're looking for Applied AI Engineers who are strong software developers and curious

about how AI can solve real business problems. You'll work directly with clients, help

shape projects from concept to delivery, and build reliable systems that use AI where it

truly adds value.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement AI-powered applications, from prototypes to production systems
  • Integrate and orchestrate LLMs and agents into end-to-end software products and workflows.
  • Work directly with clients to understand requirements and explain technical solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, maintainable code
  • Keep up with new AI tools and bring useful ideas into the team

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Strong programming skills in Python and solid understanding of software engineering principles
  • A habit of using AI tools to boost productivity and improve quality across your work
  • Interest and experience with modern AI frameworks and APIs (LLMs, embeddings, vector stores)
  • Ability to build backend services and APIs
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure and GCP
  • Clear communication and a proactive, self-directed approach to work.
  • Ideally fluent in English, Spanish and Catalan
