Buscamos un/a
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) para unirse a nuestra sede en Madrid
y formar parte del área financiera, para impulsar la planificación, analizar la rentabilidad, gestionar datos y fortalecer el control financiero en toda la compañía.

Entre otras, tus responsabilidades serán:

  • Diseñar y elaborar reportes periódicos de ventas, márgenes y KPIs financieros y operativos.

  • Preparar y analizar cuentas de resultados por línea de negocio (servicios vs. productos).

  • Elaborar y coordinar presupuestos anuales y forecasts mensuales, anticipando desviaciones y oportunidades.

  • Desarrollar herramientas de análisis de rentabilidad por proyecto y concurso, integrando ingresos y costes directos e indirectos.

  • Gestionar y depurar datos financieros, asegurando coherencia, trazabilidad y calidad de la información.

  • Fortalecer el control interno, supervisando procesos clave como aprobación de descuentos, gastos y seguimiento de proyectos estratégicos.

Requisitos:

  • Titulación universitaria en ADE, Economía, Ingeniería o similar.

  • Más de 3 años de experiencia en FP&A, controlling o control de gestión.

  • Experiencia en análisis de rentabilidad, reporting y contabilidad analítica.

  • Dominio de Power BI, Excel avanzado y preferiblemente experiencia con Business Central (Dynamics 365).

  • Alta autonomía, orientación a resultados y capacidad de comunicación con Dirección y áreas operativas.
