The Recipe for Success: Role Summary

Develop and support the planning, design, and execution of test plans & scripts within the project delivery team, ensuring quality standards are met for any new functionality and changes deployed. Responsible for ensuring that the end product meets the high-quality standard of Le Creuset and is fully functional. Be an advocate for QA best practices and help ensure proper processes and procedures are being adhered to.

This role will aligned to the BI & Analytics practice and will be focused on ensuring business requirements are met through reporting, analytics and data results.

Ingredients: Key Responsibilities

• What's on your Daily Menu:
• Coordinate and oversee QA activities across BI & Analytics projects, ensuring stakeholders receive clear and timely updates.
• Lead QA efforts throughout the full data project lifecycle, making sure business requirements and quality standards are consistently met.
• Investigate technical and data-related issues in depth, validating findings against business definitions and proposing practical solutions.
• Analyse data across its entire journey—from source systems to Power BI—to confirm accuracy, consistency, and alignment with expected outcomes.
• Prepare and execute detailed test plans and scripts, ensuring thorough coverage of functional requirements.

• Review requirements and design documentation to create comprehensive test strategies and high-level test plans for new initiatives.
• Manage and execute specialised non-functional testing such as load, penetration, and UI testing when required by project scope.
• Support the development and enhancement of automated testing frameworks to improve global QA efficiency.
• Guide business stakeholders through UAT cycles and develop regression or smoke testing approaches to maintain system stability.
• Maintain and support test environments, ensuring data quality, consistency, and readiness for projects across the wider programme.

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication skills, excellent written English, and proficiency with Microsoft tools (Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• 5+ years of QA analysis experience within Data/Analytics environments, including extraction/load validation and functional test planning and executio
• Skilled in non‑functional testing such as load, penetration, and UI testing, with experience using configuration management and defect‑tracking systems.
• Background in Product Information Management, Digital Asset Management, ERP (supply chain), and strong understanding of retail and e‑commerce systems.
• Experienced working in both Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
• Confident delivering presentations, workshops, and managing stakeholders effectively.
