About The Opportunity

The Agency Barcelona is offering an
unpaid 3 month minimum Marketing Assistant Internship
for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in
data-driven marketing and visual communication
within the luxury real estate sector.

This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates with a passion for
marketing analytics, social media strategy, and creative design
. You'll assist in tracking marketing performance, creating visual assets for digital campaigns, and supporting the development of branding materials across multiple platforms.

Interns will gain experience in analyzing audience engagement metrics, preparing marketing reports, and using design tools to produce high-quality visuals aligned with The Agency's global brand standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret marketing data
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for data tracking and reporting
  • Interest or experience in social media analytics and performance insights
  • Graphic design skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organization and communication skills
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Communication, or a related field
