Abogado/a Corporativo – Especialización en Telecomunicaciones
¿Cuál será tu misión?
Brindar asesoramiento legal especializado y garantizar el cumplimiento de las leyes y regulaciones en el entorno de la empresa para proteger sus intereses y mitigar los riesgos legales. Asegurar el cumplimiento regulatorio y contractual del negocio de telecomunicaciones y data centers, aportando asesoramiento legal de alto nivel a todas las áreas.
¿Cuales serán tus funciones?
- Asesorar sobre normativa LGTel, UE y resoluciones CNMC aplicables a la compañía
- Redactar y negociar contratos clave
- Gestionar notificaciones, permisos y licencias ante administraciones públicas.
- Colaborar con los equipos de negocio en compliance, privacidad y propiedad intelectual.
- Coordinar requerimientos y expedientes ante CNMC y otras autoridades.
- Participar en procesos de due diligence, M&A y litigios junto con despachos externos.
- Impulsar la formación interna en compliance y actualización regulatoria.
¿A quien buscamos?
- Grado en Derecho + Máster (valoramos especialización en Derecho Mercantil, Propiedad Intelectual o Telecomunicaciones & Regulatorio).
- Entre 3 y 5 años de experiencia en operadores, CNMC, fibra mayorista o despachos TMT.
- Conocimiento práctico de normativa CNMC y LGTel.
- Inglés profesional (B2–C1).
- Perfil resolutivo, pragmático y con gran capacidad de negociación.
