We are seeking a
Payroll Consultant
to manage the assigned client portfolio and be responsible for performing general payroll task for a set of clients.

Reporting to the Payroll Director you will work closely with the Company's wider payroll team to contribute to business growth.

The role is based in Barcelona and offers hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manages a portfolio of clients acting as main point of contact for the clients assigned, escalating when necessary.
  • Manages, works, and controls the full payroll cycle, making the appropriate checks.
  • Prepares and takes care of the presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual withholding income tax (Forms 111/216/190/296/345).
  • Responsible for the preparation and filing of social security forms (RNT /RLC/CRA).
  • Hires & Leavers coordination.
  • Manages, prepares and controls Companies' payroll registration process.
  • Works in close collaboration with other departments for any items that may have crossed impact.
  • Follows the company quality standards and processes.

  • Basic payroll skills

Education And Professional Qualifications

  • University education in Relaciones Laborales or similar.
  • Good level of English.
  • Proficiency of Spanish Language to be in contact with the Administration.
