Summary
Spa Receptionist
As a Spa Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to check-out. This highly visible role offers the opportunity to interact with guests, assist with spa treatment reservations, and communicate spa and hotel services and promotions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and checking in spa guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Scheduling and coordinating spa treatment appointments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Providing detailed information on spa treatments, products, and services to enhance the guest experience.
  • Processing payments and handling billing inquiries.
  • Responding to guest inquiries and special requests, both in person and over the phone.
  • Maintaining a well-organized and tranquil reception area to uphold the spa's relaxing atmosphere.
  • Collaborating with spa therapists and hotel staff to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications
Requirements:

  • A true desire to provide exceptional guest service in a wellness and spa-focused environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, spa, or wellness services is a plus.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform light administrative tasks.
  • Availability to start in December is required.
