We are looking for a
QA Lead
to join our team for a multinational leader in the technology sector.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate the QA function, aligning activities with project objectives and ensuring the quality of all deliverables.
  • Define the end-to-end testing strategy (functional, regression, automation, integration and, when applicable, performance).
  • Oversee the creation and execution of test plans, test cases and acceptance criteria.
  • Manage defects, track their resolution and ensure compliance with quality SLAs.
  • Promote best practices in testing, documentation and overall quality assurance processes.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, developers and Project Managers.
  • Support the adoption or improvement of automation frameworks based on project needs.
  • Produce quality metrics and reports, providing regular visibility into the QA status.
  • Coordinate UAT activities with business teams and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Document test execution, identified defects and results, including initial validations and post-release checks.


Skills Essential:

  • Proven experience as a QA Lead or Senior QA, ideally 3+ years in technical QA roles.
  • Strong knowledge of the full testing lifecycle: functional, regression, smoke, integration, end-to-end and optional performance testing.
  • Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Proficiency with defect tracking and test management tools (Azure Boards, Azure Test Plans or similar).
  • Familiarity with automation tools, especially Playwright (TypeScript) and Cypress.
  • Experience in API testing using Postman or similar tools, as well as data validation and system integrations.
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Advanced level of English (C1).
