International Recruiter (Freelance)

Buscamos recruiters freelance para colaborar en proyectos de
selección internacional

bajo un
modelo por comisiones por cada candidato contratado

.

Responsabilidades

  • Búsqueda y atracción de talento a través de portales de empleo, redes sociales y networking.
  • Realización de entrevistas de preselección y evaluación de candidatos.
  • Gestión de procesos de selección en coordinación con el equipo de PlanetJobs.
  • Seguimiento de los candidatos durante todo el proceso de selección y en la fase inicial de incorporación.
  • Mantenimiento de un pipeline activo y actualización de candidatos en el ATS.

Requisitos

  • Español nativo o nivel profesional.
  • Inglés nivel alto (oral y escrito).
  • Experiencia en selección internacional (perfiles multilingües/BPO valorable).
  • Autonomía, buena organización y excelentes habilidades de comunicación.
  • Técnicas propias de sourcing o red de contactos activa.
