Job Description
The role is responsible for defining the most suitable solution for system installations and providing the necessary support during implementation or when resolving incidents. This ensures the correct functioning of applications and optimal performance levels.

Key Responsibilities
In addition to tasks common to all STRADA employees, specific responsibilities for this position include:

SAP HR Expertise

  • Demonstrate knowledge of one or more SAP HR modules, including:

  • Payroll schema

  • Time management
  • Pre-payroll and post-payroll processes
  • Employee portal functionality

Solution Design & Implementation

  • Adapt and configure solutions based on requirements.
  • Ensure proper implementation across environments (Development, Test, Production).
  • Complete solutions with newly identified needs during requirements gathering.

Testing & Quality Assurance

  • Perform integrated testing and unit testing of parameter configurations.
  • Carry out necessary tests in a controlled testing environment.
  • Maintain up-to-date technical documentation

Problem Resolution

  • Resolve issues of low to medium complexity related to:

  • Functional aspects of the application

  • Application environment, using system parameters and country-specific legislation

Project Support

  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Support clients in understanding and using the application.

Configuration & Maintenance

  • Participate in SAP table parameterization following technical specifications.
  • Detect and resolve errors during configuration.
