Role Description
We are currently seeking a
self-employed
Real Estate Agent to join our team. As a Real Estate Agent, you will assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties in Mallorca.
This is a totally flexible role, implying that you should be located in Mallorca but can work from home. You will be responsible for obtaining leads to develop your own property portfolio, conducting property tours, negotiating offers, and closing sales transactions. You will maintain and develop relationships with clients throughout the sale process.
You will have access to both a practical and theoretical training programme and be fully accompanied by the rest of the team aswell as the largest real estate international network.
Remuneration is very attractive: high commissions with fast growth potential.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years experience in real estate or sales role
- Very good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and Spanish; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Driver's license
