Tu papel en el equipo
Serás la voz tranquila y resolutiva que acompaña a nuestros clientes cuando tienen dudas, cuando algo no funciona como esperan o cuando necesitan gestionar un reembolso veterinario. Tu trabajo impactará directamente en su experiencia y en cómo se siente formar parte de Milo.
Qué harás
- Atender consultas de clientes por email, chat y teléfono.
- Acompañar en la gestión completa de reembolsos (claims): recibir la documentación, revisarla, validar requisitos y mantener al cliente informado.
- Resolver dudas sobre coberturas, procesos y uso de la app.
- Detectar casuísticas recurrentes y proponer mejoras.
- Mantener los casos actualizados y documentados en nuestras herramientas internas
- Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de producto y comercial para mejorar la experiencia global del cliente.
Lo que buscamos en ti
- Experiencia en atención al cliente o gestión de pólizas/claims en seguros, salud, banca, viajes o sectores similares.
- Comunicación clara, humana y paciente.
- Perfil organizado, riguroso y capaz de gestionar varios casos a la vez.
- Mentalidad de servicio: te importa ayudar de verdad.
- Proactividad para detectar necesidades, proponer soluciones y mejorar procesos.
- Empatía real con personas que cuidan de sus perros.
- Amor por los perros o sensibilidad hacia el mundo animal.
