Onze missie? Bedrijven ondersteunen bij het optimaal benutten van SAP SuccessFactors door middel van implementaties, configuraties en optimalisaties die naadloos aansluiten op hun behoeften. Je werkt samen met klanten en interne teams om processen te stroomlijnen en een sterke HR-basis te creëren die klaar is voor de toekomst.
Over de functie:
Als SAP SuccessFactors Consultant ben je verantwoordelijk voor de implementatie, configuratie en beheer van SAP SuccessFactors modules. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende belanghebbenden om ervoor te zorgen dat onze HR-processen naadloos en efficiënt verlopen, en je biedt technische expertise en begeleiding gedurende het gehele project. Uiteraard word je als startende consultant zelf ook goed begeleid. We laten je kennis maken met de verschillende modules van SAP SuccessFactors, bespreken waar je eerste focus op zal zijn en je krijgt tijd om te leren. Daarna ga je proberen het certificaat te behalen voor de betreffende module. Je krijgt een buddy en een mentor toegewezen aan wie je je vragen kunt stellen over de organisatie of de SAP SuccessFactors module. Tijdens je eerste project werk je samen met een ervaren collega, zodat je kunt leren hoe een implementatie van SAP SuccessFactors in zijn werk gaat.
Je dag als SAP SuccessFactors Consultant
Een dag als SAP SuccessFactors Consultant is veelzijdig en dynamisch. Je begint vaak met een meeting waarin je samen met HR-teams, IT-collega's en consultants de voortgang van implementaties bespreekt. Daarna ga je aan de slag met het configureren van één van de SuccessFactors modules en optimaliseren van bedrijfsprocessen in SuccessFactors. Dit alles doe je samen met een ervaren collega. Jullie kijken wat er gedaan moet worden en verdelen de taken. Weet je nog niet hoe het moet? Geen probleem, je collega helpt je hierbij, wijst je in de juiste richting en zorgt ervoor dat je snel zelfstandig aan de slag kunt.
In de middag geef je samen met je collega training of ondersteuning aan teams, zodat zij zelfverzekerd met het systeem aan de slag kunnen. Tussendoor werk je met je collega aan complexe vraagstukken en werk je gedetailleerde documentatie uit, zodat alles helder en gestructureerd is vastgelegd. Je speelt een sleutelrol in het verbinden van technologie met HR-processen. Overleg met je collega op het project is hierbij erg belangrijk, maar ook collega's op andere projecten helpen je graag verder als je niet weet wat de beste aanpak is.
De dag sluit je af met het zoeken naar mogelijkheden om HR-processen nóg innovatiever en efficiënter te maken. Of het nu gaat om nieuwe functies in één van de SuccessFactors modules of slimme automatiseringen, jij bent altijd op zoek naar verbeteringen die een echte impact maken. Geen dag is hetzelfde, maar elke dag draag je bij aan vooruitgang en vernieuwing

- Implementatie ervaring van software, het liefst HR gerelateerd maar dit is geen vereiste.
- Sterke probleemoplossende vaardigheden en analytisch vermogen.
- Uitstekende communicatie- en beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.

- Leergierig naar de verschillende vlakken van HR, als het nu gaat om werving & selectie of het registreren van personeelsgegevens voor de salarisverwerking.
