We are seeking experienced Senior Process Engineers to join our team on this exciting opportunity and others across Switzerland and beyond.

Responsibilities
  • Define and maintain engineering standards and best practices across global OSD and FG facilities.
  • Drive feasibility reviews, process optimization and design input into manufacturing and capital projects.
  • Coordinate equipment and process support for new product introductions and technology transfers.
  • Guide site-based engineers, ensuring alignment with global technical and compliance frameworks.
  • Apply data-driven analysis to evaluate equipment reliability and propose performance improvements.
  • Explore and benchmark new technical and process solutions leveraging industry collaboration.
  • Contribute to capital planning, including business case preparation and technical scope definition.
  • Ensure all systems and operations comply with internal policies, GMP and regulatory standards.
Qualifications

You bring solid process engineering expertise within the pharma, biotech, or medical device industry, ideally across OSD and FG operations. You enjoy working at both strategic and hands-on levels, combining technical depth with communication and coordination skills to deliver manufacturing excellence.

  • Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Industrial or similar).
  • At least 4 years of experience in engineering, maintenance or technical operations in a regulated environment.
  • Proven background in Oral Solid Dosage or Finished Goods processes (experience in both preferred).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities with a cross-functional mindset.
  • Solid understanding of engineering fundamentals and project execution principles.
