Buscamos un/a Técnico/a de RR.HH. que combine conocimiento técnico, orientación al empleado y visión de negocio, para impulsar la transformación del área a través de la tecnología, la automatización y simplificación de procesos y el análisis de datos.
Responsabilidades principales
- Ser punto de contacto clave para empleados y supervisores, facilitando la comprensión y aplicación de políticas, procesos y herramientas de RR.HH.
- Contribuir activamente al mantenimiento y fortalecimiento de una cultura inclusiva, basada en los valores de la compañía y orientada al alto desempeño, promoviendo un entorno de trabajo respetuoso y colaborativo.
- Garantizar una experiencia del empleado a lo largo de todo su ciclo en la Compañía, alineando cada etapa con los procesos de transformación, digitalización y cultura organizativa.
- Apoyar la implementación de iniciativas de transformación del área, con foco en automatización, digitalización y mejora continua.
- Colaborar en procesos de contratación, onboarding y gestión operativa de personas, en coordinación con el equipo de operaciones.
- Analizar métricas clave de plantilla y desempeño, utilizando herramientas como Workday y desarrollando cuadros de mando que aporten valor al negocio y faciliten la toma de decisiones
- Impulsar la comunicación interna a través de canales digitales y presenciales, fomentando la transparencia y el engagement.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento normativo en materia laboral, incluyendo convenios, planes de igualdad y legislación vigente.
- Participar en proyectos globales y locales que contribuyan a la innovación y evolución estratégica de la función de RR.HH.
- Colaborar de forma proactiva con el equipo de Recursos Humanos local e internacional, así como con otras áreas funcionales, para identificar oportunidades de mejora, compartir buenas prácticas y contribuir a la eficiencia operativa del departamento, en línea con las necesidades estratégicas de la Compañía.
- Gestionar con responsabilidad la información confidencial y sensible relacionada con empleados, procesos y datos de la compañía, garantizando su protección y uso adecuado.
Perfil requerido
- Grado universitario, preferiblemente en Derecho, Relaciones Laborales o similar.
- Máster en Recursos Humanos o MBA.
- Nivel alto de inglés (mínimo C1).
- Se valorará experiencia previa en áreas de RR.HH y/o experiencia en entornos de transformación digital.
- Capacidad analítica, orientación al cliente interno y mentalidad de mejora continua.
- Conocimiento de herramientas tecnológicas de RR.HH. (Workday, Excel avanzado, Power BI u otras plataformas de análisis).
