**Job Description**:
HR/ER Agent will help the HR/ER Department in the daily tasks, collaborating with the product managers in order to achieve the company´s objectives.
- Recruiting (Minimum 2 years experience in logistics area).
- Designing the training plans
- Training management (Fundae)
- SCR (RSC)
- Onboarding Process
- Engagement
- Reporting
- HR initiatives
**Qualifications**:
- University or equivalent business qualifications regarding Human Resources or Employee Relations.
- Master in HR/ER management is a plus.
- Proven work experience in HR generalist.
- High Level in Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook)
- Proven problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Charismatic with an ability to connect

English - High Level is a must**
