We are seeking a Quality Manager to lead the company's Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and driving the continuous improvement of internal processes. The selected candidate will work cross-functionally with production, procurement, logistics, and management to ensure that products and services meet established standards.

Responsabilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain the company's Quality Management System and applicable sector standards, conducting regular reviews.
  • Define quality policies, objectives, and plans aligned with the company's strategic goals.
  • Ensure the organization maintains its quality certifications through continuous review and improvement activities.
  • Establish quality standards, procedures, and protocols for processes, products, and services.
  • Oversee compliance with applicable national and international legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze non-conformities, define corrective and preventive actions, and monitor their effectiveness.
  • Plan and coordinate internal audits and support external certification audits.

Requirements:

  • University degree in a technical or related discipline (engineering, sciences, or similar).
  • Previous experience of at least 3–5 years in quality management roles.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific quality standards and management systems.
  • Proficiency in office tools and quality management software.
  • Strong leadership, communication, teamwork, and continuous improvement orientation.
