**Main tasks**:

- Lead multidisciplinary teams in the development and manufacturing of biomedical products and services.
- Track projects against timelines, budgets, and phase-gate requirements to ensure successful delivery.
- Guide team members in identifying and implementing corrective actions for project risks involving scope, budget, timing, or quality.
- Assist technical leads with planning, tracking, and reporting deliverables to meet project milestones and customer expectations.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and external stakeholders by translating complex requirements into actionable project plans.
- Coordinate internal and customer meetings, prepare agendas and meeting minutes, and act as the primary point of contact for assigned projects.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to support quotations and customer communication across all phases of the project lifecycle.

**Your ideal background**:
**Education**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or Business.

**Training**
- English proficiency at B2 level (CEFR) or demonstrated fluency during the interview process.

**Experience**
- 1-3 years of experience in project management.
- Experience in medical products or regulated environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or Smartsheet.
- Experience leading or coordinating cross-functional teams is a plus.
