Descripción de la oferta
- Define and execute, together with the Operational Marketing Manager, the international marketing and innovation strategy.
- Identify, develop and promote new product applications and business models, working closely with sales and R&D.
- Support the General Manager in the daily comprehensive operational management of the German subsidiary: ensuring order, compliance, and process efficiency.
- Support the GM in France in defining and implementing the innovation and marketing strategy of the BU.
- Coordinate multicultural resources and teams, ensuring strategic alignment of the BU.
- Establish local strategic alliances to strengthen the value proposition in each market.
- Ensure the efficient allocation of resources and the fulfilment of corporate objectives.
Perfil del candidato
- Degree in Business Administration and Management, Marketing or similar. MBA or Master's in Management will be valued.
- Solid experience in industrial B2B environments, in technical marketing, product development, or industrial sales.
- Previous experience leading international marketing teams and implementing strategies in the BU of other countries.
- Very high level of English (mandatory), German desiderable, French is a plus.
- Strategic profile with operational capacity.
- Leadership, cross-functional vision, and organizational management skills.
- Ability to integrate into international structures and assume executive functions.
- Capability to work independently.
