New Talent es el programa para el Talento Joven en El Corte Inglés, creado para descubrir y potencial a los futuros lideres y sus equipos.

Vivirás una experiencia única que te llevará a rotar por diferentes áreas estratégicas de El Corte Inglés durante 24 meses. Cada rotación será una oportunidad para descubrir nuevas facetas del negocio, aprender de grandes profesionales y dejar tu huella en una compañía en constante evolución.

Aquí encontrarás formación personalizada, proyectos estimulantes y un entorno lleno de oportunidades para desarrollarte, aportar valor y marcar la diferencia.

Funciones principales y requisitos.

Funciones:

- Analizar la implicación de sus tareas estratégicas dentro del departamentos.

- Colaborar junto a su equipo, aprendiendo de ellos y compartiendo sus propias ideas y perspectivas.

- Controlar que se cumplen las tareas asignadas en los proyectos y tareas específicas de su departamento, aplicando sus conocimientos y habilidades.

- Realizar las tareas asignadas por sus responsables en las sesiones de capacitación y desarrollo para adquirir conocimientos y habilidades en diferentes áreas de la empresa.

Requisitos:

- Estudiantes de último año o recién graduados.

- Habilidades comunicativas y buena actitud hacia el trabajo en equipo.

- Persona organizada, resolutiva y con ganas de aprender.

- Nivel requerido de inglés B2.
