Nuestra misión es que las personas interactúen con la tecnología de forma fluida y natural gracias a la multimodalidad.Buscamos a alguien que quieraconstruir el núcleo de nuestra tecnología in-situ, codo a codo con los fundadores y el equipo de ingeniería, aprovechando la velocidad y la sinergia que solo da el trabajo presencial. ResponsabilidadesCore Engineering: Diseñar y optimizar APIs y microservicios Python 3.11 / FastAPI / asyncio que impulsan nuestro SDK y motor TTS.Low Latency: Integrar y escalar componentes de audio-vídeo (WebRTC, WebSockets) para mantener una latencia < 300 ms .Infrastructure: Implementar arquitecturas seguras y escalables en AWS EKS + Fargate, utilizando IaC (Terraform) y CI/CD (GitHub Actions).Observability: Garantizar la salud del sistema mediante Prometheus/Grafana y mantener los SLOs definidos.In-Person Collaboration: Colaborar directamente en nuestras oficinas con el equipo de Producto y DevOps para iteraciones rápidas y sesiones de pizarra (whiteboarding) críticas.Mentorship: Mentorizar a perfiles junior y liderar revisiones de código presenciales para elevar el nivel técnico del equipo. Requisitos imprescindiblesResidencia en Mallorca (o disponibilidad para reubicarse inmediatamente).5+ años desarrollando back-ends de producción con Python.Dominio de concurrencia y alto rendimiento (asyncio, multiprocessing, profiling).Inglés profesional (somos un equipo global) y Español fluido. Se valorará (Bonus Points)Experiencia previa en streaming de audio/vídeo o TTS.Trabajo con LLMs, PyTorch, Transformers o ONNX Runtime.Conocimientos de Rust o Go para optimizar rutas críticas de performance.Experiencia liderando características end-to-end en entornos de startup.
