DAMATEC Labs collaborates with
REGEMAT3D
, a global leader in 3D bioprinting, advanced regenerative medicine technologies and biofabrication systems. REGEMAT3D integrates hardware, software, biomaterials and scientific expertise to accelerate the creation of next-generation tissues and therapies.

We are expanding our leadership structure and seeking a
Director of Growth
—a key strategic profile who will complement the CEO and COO, helping drive global expansion, high-value collaborations and long-term strategic opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead growth initiatives across current and emerging international markets.
  • Identify and activate collaborations with top universities, hospitals, research centers, companies and strategic partners.
  • Represent the company in international visits, high-level meetings, conferences and institutional events.
  • Work closely with the CEO and COO to align opportunities with technology, operations and REGEMAT3D's long-term vision.
  • Track global trends to propose strategic directions, new models of collaboration and new areas of expansion.
  • Maintain strong communication channels with scientific, clinical and industrial collaborators.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in strategic growth roles within medical devices, biotech, 3D printing, biomedical engineering or deep-tech.
  • Strong ability to build, nurture and manage high-value relationships.
  • Full availability for international travel
    , meeting collaborators and visiting key partners.
  • Excellent communication, representation and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
  • EU work authorization required.
  • Proactive mindset, global vision and strong interest in science, engineering and breakthrough technologies.
