¿Por qué te estamos buscando?

Tu misión será liderar proyectos tecnológicos en el ámbito financiero, garantizando el cumplimiento de alcance, costes y plazos. Coordinarás equipos internos y externos, supervisarás la planificación y asegurarás que la evolución de los sistemas y procesos financieros —ya sea en el ERP o en otras plataformas transaccionales— genere un impacto positivo en las herramientas de reporting y EPM de Mahou San Miguel.

Tu día a día

  • Participar con el Business Partner IT y Tech Leader de EPM y Finanzas en la definición de los requerimientos funcionales, objetivos y alcance tecnológico del proyecto.
  • Definir el plan de proyecto identificando las necesidades de recursos internos y externos necesarios para su realización, coordinado con el Director de Delivery y el resto de Tech Leaders las asignaciones correspondientes.
  • Dirigir los proyectos asignados, coordinando los recursos necesarios internos y externos (proveedores) para el cumplimiento de los objetivos en el plazo previsto.
  • Coordinar con los CoEs de Arquitectura y Ciberseguridad la adecuación de la infraestructura necesaria en el proyecto para dar soporte a los requerimientos identificados.
  • Supervisión del conjunto de entregables del proyecto: diseños funcionales y técnicos, arquitectura, testing..., así como la generación o supervisión de los informes necesarios durante la ejecución del mismo para reportar la situación de este: avance, riesgos ...
  • Liderar el plan de despliegue armonizado entre los distintos equipos internos, externos y áreas de negocio, estructurando las fases y procesos.
  • Asegurar la escalabilidad de los productos desarrollados, identificando oportunidades de mejora producto tanto técnicas como funcionales, asegurando soluciones estándares, escalables y seguras.
  • Fomentar la evolución de la aplicación, la automatización de procesos, e identificando oportunidades de mejora del producto tanto técnicas como funcionales, asegurando soluciones estándares, escalables y seguras.

¿Qué requisitos debes cumplir?

  • Grado/Licenciatura ADE, Ingeniería, informática o carreras afines.
  • Nivel fluido de inglés conversacional
  • Experiencia en la gestión de proyectos tecnológicos de al menos 6 años en implantaciones y evolución de ERP's (JDEdwards, Business Central, SAP) módulos financieros (GL, AP, AR, FA, TR), y control de gestión.
  • Haber desarrollado su carrera profesional en el sector de gran consumo, o en su defecto en entornos industriales y/o Logísticos.
  • Capacidad de interlocución con negocio, departamento financiero (Control de Gestión, Corporate Finance, Fiscal, Tesorería, … ).
  • Amplio conocimiento de conceptos de contabilidad financiera y analítica, costes del producto y costes logísticos.
  • Se valorará positivamente:
  • Experiencia en plataformas EPM (OneStream, HFM, BPC, SAC o Anaplan).
  • Experiencia en Treasury Management Systems (Kyriba).
  • Conocimientos en fiscalidad, tesorería y compras.
  • Experiencia en gestión de equipos multidisciplinares.
