As we grow, we are expanding our creative team and looking for a Content Manager to help shape, plan, and produce compelling brand and commercial content across all channels.

Role Description
The Content Manager is responsible for shaping and implementing Seabass' content strategy across social media, email, website, and brand presentations. This role blends editorial planning, creative production, storytelling, and light art direction to convey the premium Seabass aesthetic.
You will oversee the full content lifecycle—from concept to publication—ensuring every asset reflects our Mediterranean brand identity and supports brand and business goals. You will organize and support photo shoots, craft visual and written storytelling, and manage content workflows.
This is a full-time (40 hours/week), on-site role requiring daily presence at Casa Seabass in Port Ginesta, Castelldefels (Barcelona). You will report directly to the Creative Director and supervise the Graphic Designer, as well as all third-party content providers such as talent and production agencies, photographers, stylists, etc.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and maintain a strategic editorial calendar across social media, newsletters, and websites.
- Safeguard brand storytelling and ensure consistency of tone, style, and identity.
- Translate Seabass' brand values into compelling visual and written content.
- Oversee planning, organization, and on-set support for photo shoots.
- Collaborate closely with founders, design, e-commerce, and sales teams to align content with brand and commercial objectives.
- Lead content execution by supervising the Graphic Designer and managing production workflows.
- Demonstrate loyalty, commitment, and a positive presence within the Seabass team culture.
Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Creation
- Build, maintain, and execute content planning for social media, newsletters, and websites.
- Produce, edit, and oversee copywriting for social, email, website, campaigns, and product storytelling.
- Curate and update website content to enhance storytelling, customer experience, and brand perception.
- Support e-commerce content needs such as product descriptions, homepage assets, and campaign updates.
- Develop content for sales decks, lookbooks, and B2B communication.
- Photo Shoots & Creative Production
- Organize and coordinate photo shoots, including planning, logistics, locations, talent, and schedules.
- Work with the Creative Director to support art direction, styling, and on-set execution
- Support casting and sourcing when needed (models, locations, props).
- Ensure timely delivery of all content assets and manage post-production needs.
Team & Workflow Management
- Oversee and guide the Graphic Designer to ensure visual consistency, brand alignment, and on-time delivery.
- Manage content production workflows, approvals, and deadlines across all channels.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date digital asset library for marketing, e-commerce, and wholesale teams.
Publishing & Performance
- Manage day-to-day content publishing across social media, email, and website.
- Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools (GA4, Meta Insights, Klaviyo).
- Use insights to refine strategies and improve engagement, reach, and conversion.
- Identify opportunities for scalable, efficient content production and new formats.
Community & External Content
- Curate and repurpose UGC, influencer content, and brand collaborations.
- Ensure external content aligns with Seabass' premium Mediterranean aesthetic.
Profile & Qualifications
- Excellent command of the English language; good proficiency in Spanish.
- Strong editorial and visual sense with a passion for premium lifestyle and fashion content.
- Demonstrated senior-level experience in content creation, editorial planning, and social media management.
- Excellent writing and copy-editing skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities; able to manage multiple timelines, with relevant experience required.
- Experience supporting or overseeing photo shoots.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a small, fast-growing team.
- Experience supervising or collaborating closely with a Graphic Designer.
- Familiarity with key digital tools and platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (GA4, Meta Insights, Klaviyo) is a plus.
- Ability to integrate AI tools into daily workflows; proactive in identifying opportunities to streamline and speed up content creation, editing, and processes through AI.
Affinity with Mediterranean lifestyle, family-oriented brands, or travel is a strong advantage.
Willingness and ability to work on-site at Casa Seabass, Castelldefels (Barcelona) on a full-time basis.
