The Role: B2B Marketing Manager
This is not a "join a big team with established processes" kind of job.
This is a come build the marketing function from scratch kind of job — with autonomy, creativity, and ownership baked in from day one.
You will:
- Own our marketing strategy end-to-end
- Shape our brand voice and narrative (and yes, challenge us where needed)
- Build the website and content engine that brings Kincode to life
- Design campaigns that generate leads for today and positioning for tomorrow
- Track and obsess over what works (and kill what doesn't)
- Collaborate with sales to craft a repeatable, scalable growth machine
- Create content people actually want to read (no jargon soups)
- Experiment, test, iterate, repeat — the fun part of early-stage building
This role is based in Madrid
Who You Are
You're a builder at heart — someone who gets energy from early-stage chaos and the freedom to shape things. You're strategic, but you also love getting your hands dirty. You enjoy challenging assumptions, telling great stories, and turning insights into impact.
More concretely, you bring:
- Experience in B2B marketing, particularly in SaaS or tech (a plus, not a must)
- Strong skills in content creation, brand messaging, and copywriting
- The ability to build and run campaigns end-to-end
- Experience with websites, landing pages, and digital channels
- Comfortable with analytics, CRM tools, and marketing automation
- A creative mind + a sharp sense of prioritization
- Curiosity, humility, initiative — and ideally, a sense of humor
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
