This hybrid Sales Development Representative position is an excellent opportunity for Finnish speakers looking to grow within business development, outreach and lead qualification. You will identify prospects, contact businesses in the Finnish market and support commercial teams by creating a healthy sales pipeline. This role combines communication, market research and strategic engagement with decision makers.
ResponsibilitiesEngage Finnish speaking leads through outbound calls and emails
Identify prospect needs and present suitable digital solutions
Qualify leads and assign them to senior sales teams
Keep accurate CRM entries and maintain updated lead information
Analyze market trends and contribute ideas to improve outreach
Participate in skill-development workshops
Collaborate with marketing and sales colleagues
Support commercial activities during campaigns
Fluent Finnish and strong English
Interest in sales or business development
Confident communicator
Organized and proactive personality
Able to work hybrid from Málaga or Valencia

Correct bijhouden van klantgegevens
Professionele communicatie via telefoon, mail en online meetings
Begeleiden van nieuwe zakelijke klanten bij de onboarding
Deelnemen aan trainingen en coachingsessies
