Sobre la posición:

Su misión principal es garantizar una planificación eficiente de demanda/ventas, producción e inventarios, optimizando los recursos disponibles y alineándose con las estrategias comerciales y operativas de la organización.

Funciones:

  • Diseñar y validar planes de ventas, producción e inventario alineados con las previsiones comerciales y objetivos estratégicos.
  • Optimizar la asignación de productos considerando rentabilidad, restricciones operativas y estrategias de inventario.
  • Facilitar reuniones interfuncionales para revisar el suministro y coordinar acciones entre áreas clave.
  • Colaborar con equipos de producto, demanda, planta y logística para acordar planes eficientes y resolver discrepancias.
  • Implementar la estrategia ESG, promoviendo prácticas sostenibles en todas las operaciones.

Requisitos:

  • Grado en áreas relacionadas con Cadena de Suministro, Logística, Ingeniería Industrial o Administración de Empresas.
  • Experiencia al menos de 3 a 5 años en roles relacionados.
  • Dominio del inglés y español; se valorará positivamente conocimiento del francés.
