Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and kindly to client questions via email, phone, and chat. Assist with itinerary updates, travel changes, and special requests. Share accurate information about travel requirements and destination details. Conduct follow-ups to confirm satisfaction and gather feedback. Handle concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills.
